Abstract
Objective:To investigate the improve effect of oxygen therapy on the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients in stable phase.Methods:70 cases with COPD in stable phase were selected from 2011 to 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method with 35 cases in each.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the observation group were given nasal catheter oxygen therapy based on the control group.We compared the clinical outcomes between the two groups,and summarized the experience of treatment.Results:The FEV1/FVC index of the observation group after treatment was improved more prominent than before the treatment of the control group,and it had significant differences(P<0.05).The PaO2 and PaCO2 value of the observation group after treatment were more superiority than before the treatment of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:We take the nasal catheter oxygen therapy for patients with COPD in stable phase.The effect of improving the patients' pulmonary function and arterial blood gas is definite,and the operation is simple and safe,so it is suitable for popularization and application in clinic.关键词
