Laparoscopic operation for the treatment of distal common bile duct calculi in 20 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of distal common bile duct calculi.Methods:20 cases with the end of the common bile duct calculi were selected from March 2013 to May 2014.All cases were treated with laparoscopic operation in the treatment of,and we continued the treatment for difficult to remove the stones with the method of conversion to laparotomy.Results:We removed the stones successfully in 17 cases,and the success rate was 85% . Because of the larger stones,other 3 cases was difficult to remove and converse to open operation treatment,and remove the stones successfully.Laparoscopic operation treatment at the operation time,bleeding volume,patients function recovery time,get out of bed and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the laparotomy patients,and the difference of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of distal common bile duct calculi was with less trauma, less bleeding,quick recovery in patients.It also has the corresponding indication,and the stone diameter<1 cm under laparoscopy is safe and effective.关键词
