疝气无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的疗效观察
Curative effect observation of tension-free herniorrhaphy in the treatment of inguinal hernia in elderly

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of tension-free herniorrhaphy in the treatment of inguinal hernia in elderly. Methods:100 elderly patients with inguinal hernia were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group according to the envelope method.The experimental group were treated with the tension-free herniorrhaphy.The control group were treated with the traditional hernia repair.We observed the clinical efficacy.Results:In the experimental group,operation time,bed time,postoperative hospital stay,complication rate, recurrence rate was respectively (42.5±15.4) minutes,(20.5±6.3) hours,(4±1.2) days,0%,0%.Compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of tension-free herniorrhaphy in the treatment of inguinal hernia in elderly is significant.关键词
