米索前列醇与欣母沛治疗产后出血的临床疗效
The clinical effect of misoprostol and hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of misoprostol and hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:115 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected from February 2013 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group with 58 cases and the control group with 57 cases.The control group were given misoprostol,and the research group were treated with hemabate.Then we compared and analyzed the treatment effect,the amount of bleeding,uterine contraction and the adverse reactions of two groups after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group;the amount of bleeding in the study group was less than that of the control group,and the number of uterine contraction enhancement was higher than that of the control group;the occurrence rate of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with misoprostol,hemabate has an obvious curative effect on postpartum hemorrhage.It can effectively decrease the amount of bleeding.It is safe and feasible.关键词
