摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the experience of diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis in pregnancy,to prevent abortion,premature birth,stillbirth and other complications.Methods:18 cases of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis were selected from March 2003 to March 2014.Clinical manifestation,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Clinical expression was acute abdomen.18 cases were treated with appendectomy.6 cases had perforation.2 cases had abortion.1 case had premature delivery.There was no maternal and fetal death case.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and early operation treatment are the key for the treatment of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis.关键词
