先天性巨结肠X征象分析
Analysis of X features of congenital megacolon

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of application barium enema,abdominal plain film examination in infants with congenital megacolon.Methods:We analyzed the abdominal X-ray and barium enema findings of 33 infants with congenital megacolon who diagnosed by operation and pathology in our hospital.Results:17 cases were clearly diagnosed;14 cases were suggestive of the diagnosis;2 cases had no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:Erect abdominal plain film with barium enema examination was the preferred,simple and effectiver diagnosis method for this disease.This diagnosis method also has highly accuracy,and majority of patients with typical x-ray manifestation.关键词
