摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the changes of plasma D-two poly levels in patients with ovarian cancer,and to discuss its clinical significance.Methods:58 cases with ovarian carcinoma were selected from January 2011 to June 2013(cancer group),64 cases with benign ovarian tumor during the same period(benign group),62 healthy persons(control group).Observe the fasting plasma D-two dimer in each groups.Results:Plasma D-two dimer level of the cancer group was(2.11±1.60)μg/L,and the positive rate was 73.91%;plasma D-two dimer level of the benign group was(0.23±0.12)μg/L,and the positive rate was 26.01%;plasma D-two dimer level of the control group was(0.18±0.04)μg/L,and the positive rate was 2.01%;the difference were statistically significant in those three groups,P<0.05.With the staging of ovarian cancer increased,the plasma D-two dimer positive rate increased gradually;the accuracy of diagnosis of ovarian cancer,sensitivity,specificity were also on the rise;the difference were statistically significante,P<0.05.Conclusion:Changes of plasma D-two dimer level in patients with ovarian cancer is beneficial to the identify of benign and malignant tumor of ovary,and can be used as clinical judgment index of early diagnosis,prognosis and staging,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
