Abstract
Objective:To explore the phenomenon and its characteristics of short P-R interval of ECG at late pregnancy.Methods:246 cases of pregnant women were selected from June 2010 to June 2013.200 cases of healthy women were selected as the control group.We compared two groups of ECG.Results:In 246 cases of pregnant women at late pregnancy,31 cases had short P-R interval phenomenon.In the control group,5 cases had long P-R interval.In the study group,P-R interval occurrence rate was 12.60%(31/246),which was significantly higher than that in control group of 2.50%(5/200),and the difference was statistically significant( χ 2=15.1704,P<0.01).Among them,in the study 1 group of 135 pregnant women,14 cases had short P-R interval phenomenon;in the study 2 group of 111 pregnant women,17 cases had short P-R interval phenomenon,while the incidence of P-R interval of the study 2 group with 15.32% was higher than that of study 1 group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After giving 3 months of follow-up after birth,the results of the electrocardiogram examination showed that 31 pregnant women with P-R interval of ECG were normal;P-R interval was more than 0.12 seconds;there was no paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Conclusion:The electrocardiogram of short P-R interval phenomenon at late pregnancy belongs to benign electrophysiological changes.There is no special pathological significance.关键词
