Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of health education and psychological guidance for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:52 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from March 2009 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group were given the routine nursing.The intervention group were given health education and psychological intervention on the basis of the control group,and regular assessment.Results:The intervening measure has obvious effect on the improvement of lung function and depression of COPD patients.Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive care can help patients improve lung function and reduce depressive to a certain extent,and promote the disease recovery of patients,but also conducive to the formation of mental health of patients.关键词
