Influence of nursing intervention on constipation of orthopedics patients lying in bed

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on constipation of orthopedics patients lying in bed. Methods:160 orthopedics patients lying in bed were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 80 cases in each.The control group were given general nursing.The intervention group implemented responsibility system nursing,and they were given intervention from the hospital environment,diet guidance,abdominal massage and acupoint massage,psychological aspects.Results:The incidence of constipation of the intervention group was 7%,and that of the control group was 53%.Conclusion:Effective nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence rate of constipation in orthopedics patients lying in bed.It also can alleviate the patient's bad mood,and reduce pain caused by constipation.It can obviously promote effect on the patient's rehabilitation.关键词
