Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on breast cancer radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients and its clinical application of measures.Methods:80 cases with breast cancer underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer were selected from 2010 to 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The control group only received radical mastectomy for breast cancer and conventional nursing,and the observation group were given psychological nursing care on the basis of the control group.Then we compared the patients psychological condition between two groups.Results:The psychological evaluation mainly includes 3 aspects of the visual analogue scale(VAS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Zung's self rating Depression Scale(SDS). Before the nursing,the difference of the psychological status of two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the nursing care,patients psychological status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients quality of life of the observation group was significant more superiority than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:We should be fully aware of the psychological characteristics in patients with breast cancer who accepted radical mastectomy for breast cancer and provided psychological nursing intervention.It can improve patients negative emotions significantly,and improve their quality of life,so it has important application value,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
