急诊应用胺碘酮治疗冠心病快速心律失常100例的临床效果观察
Clinical effect observation of emergency application of amiodarone in 100 cases of coronary heart disease rapid arrhythmia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the specific application and clinical effect of emergency application of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease rapid arrhythmia.Methods:100 cases with coronary heart disease rapid arrhythmia were selected as the research objects from December 2012 to December 2013.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed,and all patients were treated with amiodarone.The clinical curative effect and clinical value of amiodarone treatment were summarized.Results:100 cases with coronary heart disease rapid arrhythmia were treated with amiodarone.The cardioversion rates of patients with ventricular premature beat and patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were respectively 92.3% and 96.6%.After this two kinds of arrhythmia diseases were treated with amiodarone,the cardioversion rates were much higher than the cardioversion rates of other types of arrhythmias.The cardioversion rates had significant difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the treatment process,7 cases had adverse reactions.The adverse reaction was mainly by too large blood pressure drop(5 cases),and it was that the blood pressure dropped to 90/60 mmHg.The adverse reaction could be corrected by speeding up the infusion and appropriate supplement blood volume.Other 2 cases had nausea and vomiting symptoms after the heart rate recovery, but it was faster recovery after adjusting the drip speed.Conclusion:Amiodarone in the emergency treatment of coronary heart disease rapid arrhythmia can achieve more significant clinical curative effect.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
