经桡动脉途径急诊冠状动脉介入治疗的可行性研究
Feasibility study on the treatment of transradial percutaneous coronary intervention
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of transradial approach for coronary artery interventional therapy for acute myocardial infarction(TRA-AMI PCI).Methods:In 22 cases,24 stents were placed,and 86.7% radial artery puncture into power at once.The success rate of TRA-PCI was 91% .Compression bandage removal of radial artery sheath catheter after operation,without discontinuation of heparin therapy,no postural restriction.1 case of forearm hematoma,who recovered after conservative treatment,with no radial artery occlusion and complications.Conclusion:In AMI patients with stable hemodynamics, TRA-PCI has less complications of vascular,and also has the advantages that need not interrupt the heparin anticoagulant therapy. It is safe and feasible,so it can be used as AMI emergency interventional therapy.关键词
