Clinical effect observation of mild hypothermia therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the specific effects of mild hypothermia in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:66 patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected from December 2012 to December 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 33 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional,and the patients in the observation group were treated with mild hypothermia treatment based on the conventional treatment.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was better obviously than that of the control group,and the contrast difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect of the mild hypothermia in the treatment of elderly patients with severe hypertension cerebral hemorrhage is remarkable,and it has strong reliable performance,so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
