老年慢性心力衰竭合并低钠血症30例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 30 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hyponatremia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of senile chronic heart failure complicated with hyponatremia,and took it as a clinical basis for the study of the pathogenesis and effective control methods.Methods:30 patients with senile chronic heart failure complicated with hyponatremia were selected from March to December 2012.All patients were given conventional anti heart failure treatment at the same time positive correction of hyponatremia.We observed the clinical therapeutic effect.Results:In 30 cases after the treatment,25 cases were improved;3 cases were cured;1 case were ineffective;1 case died.The cause of the death was hyponatremia cause cerebral edema,pulmonary infection.Conclusion:The treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hyponatremia needs both of anti heart failure and supplement of sodium.At the same time,the points of the treatment is pertinence nursing,and we should take targeted prevention and the use of diuretics according to the physiological characteristics of the elderly.关键词
