奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的疗效分析
Curative effect analysis of octreotide plus omeprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effective and safety of octreotide plus omeprazole in the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage.Methods:68 cases with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from March 2012 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each.All of them were given omeprazole drugs.The observation group based on this increased octreotide.We compared the safety and effectiveness of treatment between two groups.Results:The hemostatic time, hospitalization time and the rate of rebleeding of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Octreotide plus omeprazole in the treatment of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract can relieve the bleeding manifestations quickly,and inhibit the further development of the disease.It has the exact application value.关键词
