手术内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折的治疗方法
The method of operation internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the method of operation internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture.Methods:40 cases with unstable pelvic fractures were selected from January 2008 to January 2012.They were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,followed up after the surgery,in order to acquaintance the basic rehabilitation of patients.Results:They were followed-up the 6th~18th months after the surgery.36 cases obtained bone healing at 6 months after the operation.4 cases obtained bone healing at 6.5 months after operation.There were no nonunion or rotational deformity occurred.Patient satisfaction rate was 90%.Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture has significant clinical effect.Patient satisfaction rate was high.It should be widely promoted in clinical practice.关键词
