Clinical analysis of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and open operation in the treatment of complex renal calculi

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical situation and effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and open operation in the clinical treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods:88 cases with complex renal calculi were selected from May 2010 to May 2013.They were average divided into two groups(44 cases in each) in accordance with the draw method.The control group were treated with open operation.The observation group were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The clinical operation situations of two groups were collected,compared and analyzed.Results:After analysis and comparison,the operation time, intraoperatve blood soss,ambulation time,hospitalization time,postoperative fever rate and painkillers utility ratio of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The comparison between the two groups were quite different with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The percutaneous nephrolithotomy is applied in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Its treatment time is shorter.The curative effect is better.The recovery speed is faster.The complication is less.Therefore,it is an ideal,safe and effective clinical surgery method.关键词
