The effect of ebastine combined with famotidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria

Abstract
Objective:To study the method of ebastine combined with famotidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:70 cases with chronic urticaria were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The experimental group were treated with ebastine combined with famotidine. The control group were treated with oral ebastine 10 mg,1 time one day.And the adverse reactions were observed.Results:In the experimental group,12 cases were cured;8 cases were markedly effective;14 cases were effective;1 case was invalid;the effective rate was 97%.In the control group,10 cases were cured;6 cases were markedly effective;7 cases were effective;7 cases were invalid;the effective rate was 80%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ebastine combined with famotidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria has significant clinical curative effect.It is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
