调强放疗联合紫杉醇与顺铂化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:42 cases with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected from January 2009 to January 2012.They were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy.We observed the curative effect in the near future,all the adverse reactions of patients and the survival rate,metastasis rate,control rate.Results:All patients were successfully completed treatment. The recent curative effect(1 month after the end of the treatment period):7 cases had complete remission;28 cases had partial remission;5 cases were stable;2 cases were progress;the total efficiency was 83.33%.Long term effects:follow-up of 2 years,the total survival rate was 88.10%(37/42);nasopharynx and neck 2 years local control rate was 92.86%(39/42) and 95.24%(40/42);distant metastasis rate was 21.43%(9/42).Conclusion:The recent effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma is significant.It can significantly improve patient survival rate and reduce the local recurrence and distant metastasis.关键词
