Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of calcipotriene combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:60 cases with psoriasis were selected from May 2011 to April 2012.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with calcipotriene combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B therapy,and the control group were treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B treatment alone.They were treated for 4 weeks.Then we observed the effect of two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 96.56%,and that of the control group was 75%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of calcipotriene combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is quick and safe.关键词
