Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes of bone marrow examination results in 10 years.Methods:The clinical bone marrow biopsy specimens were selected from 2004 to 2013.Specimens were morphological typing after dyeing,and we analyzed the results. Results:In 2004,51 cases were hematological diseases.The first several types of disease were: 10 cases(19.61%) of iron deficiency anemia,7 cases(13.72% ) of megaloblastic anemia,idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in 4 cases(7.84% ),4 cases(7.84% ) of myelodysplastic syndrome,3 cases(5.88%) of acute leukemia.In 2007,73 cases were hematological diseases.The first several types of disease were:13 cases(17.81% ) of iron deficiency anemia,13 cases(17.81% ) of megaloblastic anemia,6 cases(8.22% ) of myelodysplastic syndrome,5 cases(6.85% ) of multiple myeloma,thrombocytosis in 5 cases(6.85% ),3 cases(4.11% ) of acute leukemia.Conclusion:The cases and types of blood system diseases are changed obviously in 10 years.This research has certain reference value to understand the epidemiological trend of blood system disease and the diagnosis of diseases of the blood system.关键词
