Abstract
Objective:To explore the security issues of postoperative early rehabilitation training in elderly orthopaedic patients,in order to improve the medical care personnel to the understanding of postoperative early rehabilitation training security risk in elderly orthopaedic patients,to prevent injury events.Methods:78 cases of elderly orthopaedic patients were selected from August 2012 to July 2013.They were given postoperative early rehabilitation training nursing.The possible safety problems were analyzed and discussed.It put forward some countermeasures for strengthening the safety management and improvement measures.Results:In 78 cases,only 1 case appeared safety issue in rehabilitation training,including dizziness,chest tightness and other symptoms.The patient was immediately given emergency after the occurrence of this phenomenon.It ensured the life safety of patients,made a good effect,and received timely recovery.Conclusion:The security issues in postoperative early rehabilitation training for elderly orthopaedic patients should be taken nursing intervention as soon as possible,in order to prevent the elderly orthopaedic patients occur physical and psychological injury during rehabilitation training.关键词
