Nursing experience of transurethral resection of the prostate plasma

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of the implementation of relevant nursing measures after the transurethral plasma resection.Methods:42 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from January 2013 to June 2014.They were given nursing care after the transurethral plasmakinetic resection.We observed the recovery of patients.Results:All the patients were satisfied with the effect of the operation.Afrer the operation,through the careful and comprehensive nursing care of the nursing staff,the catheter removed in 3~6 days,and the urination obstruction symptoms completely disappeared.The urinary flow rate in patients from preoperative 8.2 mL/s to 25.4 mL/s,and the IPSS from(22.6±1.8) to(7.3±1.4).2 cases(4.76%) complicated with hemorrhage after surgery;2 cases(4.76%) developed bladder spasm;3 cases(7.14%) had temporary incontinence;1 case had urinary retention(2.38%).Conclusion:The transurethral plasma resection related nursing measures not only can reduce the risk of complications after surgery effectively,but also can reduce the pain of patients,accelerate the recovery rate of patients, shorten hospital stay,and reduced medical costs.At the same time,the quality of life is improved,and it strengthens the operation effect.关键词
