摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study on the psychosomatic manifestation of occupation burnout in psychiatric nurses,and put forward the countermeasures.Methods:150 nursing staff of psychiatric hospitals were selected.We evaluated them with the China psychosomatic health scale,Maslcah Occupation Burnout Questionnaire and general information questionnaire.Results:In 150 nurses,43 nurses have psychosomatic disorder,accounting for 28.7% of the total number.Conclusion:Low level of psychosomatic health in psychiatric nurses deserves more attention.We can taken mental health and relaxation training measures to improve the psychosomatic status of psychiatric nurses.关键词
