摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of exercise intervention on the rehabilitation of the elderly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:60 cases with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were selected from August 2011 to February 2014.They were randomLy divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each according to figures.The control group received general nursing,and the observation group received exercise nursing intervention based on the general nursing intervention.We observed the disease control situation, activities of daily living and quality of life in patients of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the total disease control efficiency rate of the observation group was 90% .The total disease control efficiency of the control group was 70%.The total efficiency rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ability of daily life and survival ability evaluation of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The exercise intervention can control the elderly cerebrovascular disease effectively,and improve the ability of daily life and quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
