Choice of nutritional support in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
摘要
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a important group of chronic respiratory diseases,and the morbidity and mortality are higher.Malnutrition is involved in the occurrence and development of COPD.It can abate respiratory muscle strength,change ventilation function and impair the immune function,and cause the decline of lung function.According to the foreign statistics,the incidence of malnutrition is 25% to 65%.In our country,the incidence of COPD patients with malnutrition is about 60%.In 2011,global initiative for chronic obstructive lung disease(GOLD) have been proposed the importance of nutritional support in the treatment of COPD.Scientific and reasonable nutrition support therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of infection and respiratory failure,and reduce the mortality rate.In this paper,the author has mainly discussed the choice of nutritional support based on the occurrence mechanism of COPD patients with malnutrition.关键词
