腹腔镜胆道探查术在基层医院开展的可行性探讨（附105例报告）

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE) carried out in the basic level hospital.Methods:The clinical data of 105 cases of LCBDE in department of general surgery were analyzed.Results:105 patients were completed under laparoscopy without conversions to open surgery.The operation time was 1.5~4.0 hours;the hospital stay was 8~15 days;there was no complications.Conclusion:LCBDE is safe and feasible.Through systematic training,it is feasible carried out in the basic level hospital.关键词
