Abstract
Objective:To investigate the demographic characteristics and disease characteristics of the patients with stroke,to determine the quality of life of patients with quality of life assessment of Cerebral Stroke Scale(SS-QOL),to investigate and analyze the influencing factors of quality of life of patients,and to propose the intervention measures and suggestions.Methods:We made a comprehensive investigation of the patient's conditions by using a self-designed questionnaire and Chinese version of the SS-QOL scale,social demographic characteristics of stroke patients,the prevalence,treatment,prevention and health care and family care,and quality of life of the patients.We further analyzed the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with multiple regression model.Results:Overall quality of life scores in stroke patients was not high.Patient disability rating was negatively correlated with the quality of life in patients.Patients in rehabilitation therapy was associated with quality of life of the patients. Conclusion:We should strengthen the rehabilitation guidance and training for community hospital.The rehabilitation treatment should extend to the community,family daily life,and we should give the comprehensive,standardized,systematic rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients.关键词
