Abstract
Objective:To explore the measure of community health care in the treatment of hypertension and prevention of complications.Methods:56 hypertension patients were selected from January to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the coordination group(the observation group) with 30 cases and the incompatibility group(the control group) with 26 cases.We observed the effect and complications incidence of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,patients were given systemic treatment and complication prevention;complications occurred in 1 case;the complication rate was 3.3% .In the control group, patients did not cooperate with treatment and the prevention;complications occurred in 6 patients;the complication rate was 23.1%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systemic treatment for hypertensive patients and taking effective measures to prevent the occurrence of complications can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
