西替利嗪联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cetirizine combined with seretide in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods:90 patients with bronchial asthma were selected from August 2012 to August 2013.They were as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 45 cases in each.The control group only used seretide treatment.The experimental group were treated with cetirizine on the basis of in the control group.The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The mend matter of lung function indices and the mend matter of symptom score were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cetirizine combined with seretide in the treatment of bronchial asthma has ideal effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
