丙泊酚联合异氟烷麻醉与丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉在小儿外科麻醉中的效果对比
Comparing the effect of propofol combined with isoflurane anesthesia with propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia in pediatric surgery

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of propofol combined with isoflurane anesthesia and propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia in pediatric surgery.Methods:64 patients with surgical operation were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups of equal number,and were recorded as the observation group and the control group.The control group were anesthetized with propofol isoflurane,and the observation group were anesthetized with propofol and fentanyl.Compare and analyze the two groups.Results:After completion of the operation,the breathing recovery time,extubation time,and eyes open and call time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group;restlessness and crying of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both of the propofol combined with isoflurane anesthesia and propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia in pediatric surgery have some effects,but in the fentanyl and propofol anesthesia,the respiratory recovery time and extubation time are short,and it can effectively reduce the incidence of children with restless and crying,and it is good for treatment,in conditions permit,as far as possible choose propofol fentanyl anesthesia.关键词
