新疆昌吉地区20535例新生儿疾病筛查分析
Analysis of 20 535 cases of neonatal disease screening in Changji area of Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To acquaintance the development working of neonatal screening and screening results in Changji area of Xinjiang.Methods:15 427 live births borned from April 2010 to December 2013 were given newborn disease screening.Each cases were screened congenital hypothyroidism(CH) and phenylketonuria(PKU) at the same time.Results:For 3 years,the newborn disease screening rate of Changji area was 75.1%.12 cases were congenital hypothyroidism;the incidence rate was 0.07%.15 cases were PKU;the incidence rate was 0.097%.Conclusion:We should improve the screening rate of newborn disease further.Medical personnel should be in strict accordance with the implementation of standards,accomplish early discovery,early treatment,in order to reduce the impact on children.关键词
