两种麻醉方式用于髋关节置换术的临床效果比较
Clinical effect comparison of two kinds of anesthesia methods in hip replacement

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of general anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia in hip replacement.Methods:56 patients with hip replacement were selected from January 2011 to January 2013.They were as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by draw lots.The control group were given general anesthesia.The experimental group were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia.The heart rate before and after anesthesia,blood pressure change and postoperative complications of patients in two groups were contrastively analyzed.Results:In the experimental group,2 cases(7.14% ) were thrombogenesis;5 cases(17.86% ) were nerve mental disorder.In the control group,9 cases(32.14% ) were thrombogenesis;11 cases(39.29%) were nerve mental disorder.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the heart rate and blood pressure stability of two groups after anesthesia were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with general anesthesia,combined spinal epidural anesthesia has the characteristics, such as safe,stable heart rate and blood pressure,less complications.关键词
