Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of in small bone window craniotomy operation in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods:68 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage were selected from January 2014 to January 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were treated with small bone window craniotomy surgery.Patients in the control group received traditional bone window craniotomy.Then we compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%;the total effective rate of the control group was 70.59%;the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using small bone window craniotomy surgery in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage can improve the prognosis of patients, reduce the suffering,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
