Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of saccharomyces boulardii powder in the treatment of infants with rotavirus enteritis.Methods:92 infants with rotavirus enteritis were selected from August 2012 to April 2013,aged≤3 years old. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 46 cases in each.Patients in the two groups were given the Xi Yan Ping,montmorillonite and other symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group added saccharomyces boulardii powder.Observe the difference of therapeutic effect between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.8%;the total effective rate of the control group was 82.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Saccharomyces boulardii powder can obviously improve the total efficiency of rotavirus enteritis,so it is worthy of popularity in clinic.关键词
