Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the diagnosis and treatment method of children surgical acute abdomen in township hospital.Methods:54 children with acute abdomen were selected from March 2011 to May 2014.Their clinical data and diagnosis and treatment method were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In this group of 54 cases,the preoperative diagnosis accuracy was 61.1%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 38.9%.After the operative treatment,41 cases(75.9%) were cured;11 cases(20.4%) were effective;2 cases(3.7% ) were invalid.4 cases had postoperative incision infection.They were cured after drainage,medication adjustment and Ⅱ period suture.Other 50 cases had no other complications.they were cured and discharged.Conclusion:The children surgical acute abdomen has the characteristics,such as atypical clinical manifestations,fast condition changes,not clear history and so on.Clinical is easy to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,therefore,improving the professional level of medical personnel in township hospital and timely grasping the treatment opportunity can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate.关键词
