腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗46例肝外胆管结石疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore and study the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct calculi.Methods:46 patients with extrahepatic bile duct calculi were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group.The combined group were treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy operation.The control group were treated with traditional open operation.The operation time,abdominal cavity flow,intraoperatve blood soss, hospitalization time,postoperative exhaust time,albumin and other liver function status,postoperative complications of two groups were observed.Results:The differences of the intraoperatve blood soss,postoperative exhaust time,abdominal cavity flow, hospitalization time between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The liver functions of two groups after treatment had no significant difference.In the combined group,the operative incision was small,and it had no bile leakage,bile duct injury, biliary tract bleeding and other complications.Conclusion:The laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct calculi has small trauma for engine body.It is safe and effective,and has less complications.It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
