Abstract
Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of trimetazidine combined with Dan Hong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris.Methods:76 patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris were selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each group.The control group were treated with trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment;the observation group were treated with Dan Hong injection on the basis of the control group.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effectiveness of the two groups respectively was 1.67% and 69.44% .In the observation group,curative effect was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,in the observation group,angina duration was short,seizure frequency was low;nitroglycerin dosage was small;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The trimetazidine combined with Dan Hong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris can effectively improve cardiac function,reduce the frequency of angina attack,and shorten the duration of angina pectoris.The adverse reaction is little.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
