中西医结合治疗慢性胃溃疡临床效果观察
Clinical effect observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination in the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination in the treatment of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods:80 patients with gastric ulcer were selected December 2012 to December 2013.They were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine combination.The treatment total effective rate and recurrence rate of patients in two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment of two groups,the treatment total effective rate of the control group was 77.5%,which was obviously lower than 95% of the observation group.15.0% of the recurrence rate was higher than 2.5% of the observation group.The difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese and western medicine combination in the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer has exact effect,low recurrence rate and significant effect.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
