The clinical significance of determining cardiac function index of patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of determining cardiac function index of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:30 cases with coronary heart disease from January 2010 to January 2012 were as the observation group,and 30 cases of no coronary heart disease with chest pain as the control group.Cardiopulmonary function index of the two groups were compared.Results:Comparing with the control group,right ventricular Tei index,right ventricular diastolic diameter(RVED),right ventricular anterior wall thickness (RAWT) and other indicators of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR)and other indicators of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary exercise test can provide consistent and quantitative indicators in left ventricular dysfunction patients abnormal reaction because of myocardial ischemia after different levels exercise.关键词
