神经内科疾病院内感染临床特点分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of nosocomial infection of neurological diseases through the instance. Methods:200 patients with neurological diseases were selected from January 2011 to December 2012.Their clinical data were collected.The clinical characteristics of nosocomial infection were analyzed.Results:During the treatment and hospitalization, 23 cases occurred infection in 200 patients.According to the site of infection:3 cases were upper respiratory tract;9 cases were lower respiratory tract;3 cases were gastrointestinal tract;5 cases were urinary system;2 cases were operation incision;1 case was other sites. The infection risk of patients was proportional to the length of hospital stay, age and invasive operation.Conclusion:In patients with neurological diseases,the respiratory tract infection is the majority in nosocomial infection.It should arouse the attention of the nursing staff.关键词
