低分子肝素钙联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效分析
Analysis of low molecular weight heparin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:30 cases of unstable angina pectoris were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group with 15 cases in each.The control group were treated with conventional therapy,the experimental group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with clopidogrel on the basis of the control group.After treatment,we compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In two groups of patients,there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of angina pectoris(χ2=6.69,P<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference between ECG treatment situation(χ2=5.72,P<0.05);the difference between the rate of complications occurrence was statistically significant(χ2=4.13,P<0.0).Conclusion:For patients with unstable angina,taking the low molecular heparin calcium combined with clopidogrel treatment can reduce the complications and improve patient outcomes.关键词
