全膝关节置换术中股骨远端形态的研究进展
Progress of the total knee replacement surgery in the distal femur form
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the progress of the total knee replacement surgery in the distal femur form.Methods:50 patients with osteoarthritis were selected,male patients classified as Group A,female patients classified as Group B. Each group of patients's Hs,ML,Am,Al,Hm,Hl were measured by vernier caliper(caliper accuracy 0.01 mm).Results:Through comparing the value of the diameter of distal femoral related parameters in A group and B group,there was statistical significance that the female knee joint diameter values are smaller than men,P<0.05.Conclusion:The different knee joint morphology in men and women should be fully understanded.The prosthesis of the knee joint morphology should be designed suitable for male patients and female patients.关键词
