Abstract
Objective:To study the methods and significance of ultrasound guided puncture in the treatment of liver abscess. Methods:Under ultrasound guidance,we conducted puncture with 18G,and sucked pus,and repeated washing with 5%metronidazole injection,injected 5% metronidazole and antibiotic solutions in pus cavity.After treatment,patients received liver ultrasound examination.Results:The total effective rate was 100%;the clinical cure rate was 95% to 98%;there was no complication.Conclusion:Under ultrasound guidance,aspiration,flushing,injection of drugs for the treatment of liver abscess is effective.This method has many advantages,such as less trauma,quick effect,short treatment course,low cost.It can become the preferred method of treatment of liver abscess.关键词
