腹部创伤急救的临床特点分析
Analysis of the clinical characteristics of abdominal trauma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of abdominal trauma.Methods:200 patients with abdominal trauma were selected from May 2011 to May 2013,and we analyzed the clinical characteristics of abdominal trauma.Results:7 patients died,and the mortality rate was 3.5%.3 cases of severe abdominal trauma;3 cases of abdominal visceral injury with organ failure;2 cases of peritoneal injury and edema or intraperitoneal massive bleeding;4 cases of other visceral function damage.The remaining 181 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 95%.Conclusion:The clinical characteristics of abdominal trauma is complicated and endanger the visceral.It will lead to death because of ischemic shock and abdominal organ injury failure,so we should diagnose and treated as soon as possible,in order to strive precious time of treatment for patients.关键词
