手指旋转撕脱离断伤断指的显微外科再植治疗20例的疗效
Microsurgical replantation treatment of 20 cases of finger rotation avulsed injured amputated finger
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the effect of microsurgical replantation treatment of finger rotation avulsed injured amputated finger.Methods:20 patients with finger rotation avulsed injured amputated finger were selected from February 2009 to March 2014.All patients were treated with microsurgical replantation operation.The treatment effect was observed.Results:Through the microsurgical replantation operation treatment of all patients,18 cases of amputated finger were effective survival;the effective rate was 90%.Because the serious injury,the nervus vascularis two patients could not be repaired that lead to operation failure.All the patients were given 8 months of follow-up.According to the related standards of amputated finger reattach functional recovery to analyze,the postoperative excellent and good rate was 90%;12 cases were excellent;6 cases were good;2 cases were poor.Conclusion:Microsurgical replantation operation in the treatment of finger rotation avulsed injured amputated finger has significant treatment effect.The success rate is high.The appearance and function of the fingers recover well.It has high value in clinical application.关键词
