改良平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床体会
The clinical experience of modified tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the key points of the modified tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia and its experience.Methods:45 patients with inguinal hernia were selected from June 2013 to March 2014.They were treated with modified tension-free hernioplasty treatment,and we observed their treatment results and prognosis.Results:The operation time of patients were 40~85 minutes,averaged(62.2±2.1) minutes.Hospital stay were 4~10 days,averaged(6±1.2) days.Patients could properly ambulation after 1 days of operation,8 cases use of drug after operation(17.78%).there was no complication of scrotal swelling and infection occurred after operation,1 cases of uroschesis(2.22%).All the patients were followed up for 3 months without recurrence.Conclusion:The modified tension-free hernia repair is more consistent with the anatomical structure and physiological characteristics of the human body,so it has better effect applied in the clinical treatment of inguinal hernia.this operation is simple,and less of trauma for patients,not only recoved speedly after the operation,but also can obviously reduce the recurrence rate,so itis worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
