莫沙必利联合曲美布丁治疗功能性消化不良的疗效分析
Curative effect analysis of mosapride combined with trimebutine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the curative effect of mosapride combined with trimebutine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:64 patients with functional dyspepsia were selected from May 2013 to May 2014.They were randomLy divided into two groups with 32 cases in each.The control group were treated with trimebutine ,100 mg,3 times one day, before meal or 30 minutes after meal oral treatment.The treatment group were treated with mosapride on the basis of in the control group,5 mg,3 times one day.The changs of postprandial fullness,early satiety,epigastric pain,epigastric burning sensation and other symptoms of two group were comparatively observed.Results:After treatment for 4 weeks,the treatment total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%(28/32).Compared two groups,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Mosapride combined with trimebutine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has good curative effect.The patient tolerance is good.It is a reliable and feasible treatment schedule for functional dyspepsia.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
