摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel on burn wound. Methods:74 patients with burn were selected from September 2010 to November 2013.They were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group with 37 cases in each.The control group were treated with flamazine.The observation group were treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel.The treatment effects of two groups were analyzed. Results:The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The healing condition was significantly shorter than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of patients with burn wound has significant curative effect,fast acting,and it can improve the healing rate.关键词
